Ordering and Delivery:

By placing an order via www.itsformepet.co.uk, or by telephone with our customer services team, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All goods are sold and distributed by It's For Me Limited, Ibex House, Baker Street, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 8AW, (company number 07204260) We aim to deliver any item in stock within 4 days of accepting your order. Up to 28 days can occasionally occur. You will be given a delivery date soon after your order is accepted. We will endeavour to arrange a convenient delivery time for you but specific delivery times cannot be agreed at the time you place your order.

Non-standard and special deliveries may incur additional charges. These will include re-deliveries, deliveries to the Highlands and Islands and other offshore islands, deliveries requiring additional crew.

Unless we have stated otherwise in writing, delivery dates are not guaranteed, although we shall make every reasonable effort to deliver the goods by any quoted delivery date.

As part of your purchase you may receive a notification email from TrustPilot, requesting to review our products and service. You will only ever receive emails regarding your purchases with us. By accepting our terms and conditions you agree to receive these emails. If you do not want to receive emails in this way, please do not enter your email address during the ordering process.

Guaranteed Delivery Dates:

Guaranteed delivery dates will not apply if, when or before we accepted your order, we told you that we could not deliver on time and you decided to proceed or, we fail to deliver on time for reasons beyond our control.

Cancellation:

We may cancel an order for any item at any time before delivery.

Where goods are made to your specifications, you may cancel an order at any time before dispatch. On cancellation, 25% of the price of the relevant item remains payable.

If you choose to cancel after you have received any goods, you are obliged not to use the goods, to return them to us in the same condition as they arrived, and take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are received by us and not damaged in transit. If you choose to cancel after you have received any goods, you will still have to pay any delivery charge, and any delivery charge already paid shall not be refundable. If we arrange the return of the goods, we may charge you the postage costs.

Returns Policy:

If you wish to return any goods, this should be done within 30 days.

Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods received are incorrect, damaged by the courier or defective. If however, you wish to return goods due to customer error or change of mind, please be aware that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Pricing

If an item has been mistakenly priced we will give you the customer the option to complete your order by paying the correct price OR if you wish not to continue with your order, we will refund your initial payment. This applies only to items whose prices have been entered in error.
